Terms and Conditions — krkiy Platform

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on the krkiy platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Use of the krkiy platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country where you reside. Users are fully responsible for any violation of law.
• Only one account may be created per person, household, address, email, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended and winnings forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
• Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing your login credentials or account with anyone else is prohibited.

1.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Krkiy reserves the right to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures to secure your account and prevent fraud. You may be asked to submit your national ID card, passport, driving license, or other government-approved documents. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC is completed.

1.2 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username, password) confidential is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify krkiy customer support immediately. You are responsible for any activity conducted from your account.

2. Deposits & Payments

The following terms apply when depositing on the krkiy platform:

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not acceptable.
• Krkiy supports mobile banking, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods. Not all methods may be available at all times.
• Deposits are usually processed instantly. However, in some cases delays may occur due to payment providers.
• If any technical error occurs during deposit, contact customer support immediately. Claims will not be considered if not reported within 72 hours.
• Deposit fees are usually borne by krkiy, but fees imposed by payment providers may have to be borne by the user.

2.1 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit per transaction is BDT 100 (or equivalent). Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on payment method and your account status. Higher limits may apply for VIP users.

3. Withdrawals & Payouts

To withdraw money from krkiy, you must follow these rules:

• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts. Withdrawals will not be processed until the KYC procedure is completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal methods be the same.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (or equivalent). You cannot withdraw less than this.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24-72 hours. Further delays may occur due to banks or payment providers.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds and winnings generated from them.

3.1 Withdrawal Fees

The first three withdrawals each month are free. After that, a 2% processing fee may apply per withdrawal (maximum BDT 500). All withdrawals are free for VIP members.

3.2 Anti-Money Laundering

Krkiy strictly adheres to anti-money laundering policies. You must wager the deposited amount at least once before withdrawal. Suspicious transactions will be flagged and investigated.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

Krkiy regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms:

• Bonuses may be claimed automatically or by using a promo code. Each bonus has specific eligibility conditions.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Wagering requirements (e.g., 5x or 10x the bonus amount) must be met.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Bonus abuse (multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage) is strictly prohibited. If suspected, bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and the account suspended.
• Wagering contributions may differ across games. Example: Slots 100%, Roulette 20%, Blackjack 10%.

4.1 Reading Bonus Terms is Mandatory

It is the user's responsibility to read and understand the detailed terms of each promotion. Bonuses will not be cancelled or refunds given on grounds of ignorance.

5. Gaming Rules

All games on the krkiy platform are fair and controlled by Random Number Generators (RNG). The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Using any kind of bot, script, or software to play games or manipulate the platform.
• Colluding with other players to cheat, especially in poker or other multiplayer games.
• Exploiting game bugs or glitches for unfair advantage. If you find any, report them immediately.
• Attempting fraud by filing chargebacks or payment disputes.

5.1 Game Results

All game results are final and binding. Bets cannot be cancelled after a game has started (except in cases of technical error). For Sports Betting, settlement will occur after the official result is announced.

5.2 RTP & Variance

Return to Player (RTP) for each game is clearly displayed. RTP is a long-term average—short-term results can vary widely.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the krkiy platform and may result in account suspension:

• Creating or maintaining multiple accounts.
• Providing false information or submitting forged documents.
• Accessing or using someone else's account.
• Involvement in money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to breach platform security, hacking, or DDoS attacks.
• Harassing other users or staff using obscene, abusive, or threatening language.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Krkiy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for any reason, especially:

• If these Terms are violated.
• If fraud, bonus abuse, or unfair play is suspected.
• If inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• User voluntarily requests account closure.

7.1 Cases for Account Suspension

If your account is suspended, legitimate funds in your balance will be returned (excluding bonuses and suspicious winnings). However, if fraud is proven, all funds will be confiscated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Krkiy accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Security breach on the user's own computer or mobile device.
• Uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war, government bans, etc.

Krkiy's maximum liability will be limited to the user's account balance or the amount of the disputed transaction.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises with krkiy, first attempt to resolve it through customer support. If no satisfactory resolution is reached:

• You may go to an independent mediator.
• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
• Courts in Dhaka district will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of legal disputes.
